Over the past year, Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø has advanced strategic priorities focused on student success, strong community and industry partnerships, and a resilient, future-ready institution. The next President will play a critical role in sustaining this momentum and guiding the College into its next chapter.

Why your input matters
We are inviting community members, partners, employers, alumni, students, and residents of our region to share their perspectives on the kind of leader Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø needs now and for the future. Your feedback will:
- Help shape the leadership profile used in the presidential recruitment process
- Provide important local context for the Board of Governors and the executive search firm
- Ensure the search reflects the priorities, aspirations, and realities of the communities we serve
What we’re asking
The survey will ask you to reflect on:
- The experience, leadership qualities, and values you feel are most important in our next President
- The type of relationship you hope the President will build with students, staff, Indigenous communities, partners, and the broader region
- Your long-term hopes and aspirations for Â鶹´«Ã½¹ÙÍø over the next 5-10 years
Individual responses will not be shared publicly, and no personally identifying information will be reported.
How to participate
The survey takes approximately 5-10 minutes to complete online.
The survey will remain open until April 23, 2026.
